Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of OptimRush ("OptimRush", "the service"), a product of Unqode ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use OptimRush.

What OptimRush does

OptimRush scans websites you point it at, can read your Google Search Console data if you connect it, and uses AI to suggest SEO and marketing actions and to draft content such as blog posts, ads, social posts and page copy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use OptimRush for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only add websites you own or are authorised to analyse, and only connect Search Console properties you have access to.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use OptimRush to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or create misleading, deceptive or harmful content;
• scan sites you are not allowed to scan, or use the scanner to overload or attack a website;
• try to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or work around its security or limits;
• resell or provide the service to others as your own product without our written permission.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of your websites, your data and the content you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Content that the AI drafts for you is yours to use, subject to the points below.

AI-generated content

OptimRush drafts content and recommendations using AI, and AI makes mistakes. It can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content produced for other people. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish or act on it, including checking facts, claims, legal and advertising-platform requirements. We do not promise any particular ranking, traffic, leads or revenue.

Connected services

Features that use Google (sign-in, Search Console, Gemini) are also subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect Search Console in OptimRush or revoke access in your Google Account at any time, though some features will stop working without it.

Plans and fees

OptimRush is currently offered without a charge while we build it. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price before you pay, and existing free features will not become paid without notice to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep OptimRush running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and may suspend access to prevent abuse or protect the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using OptimRush at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Our property

The OptimRush software, design and branding belong to Unqode. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Unqode is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business arising from your use of OptimRush, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you used it free of charge). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use OptimRush after a change means you accept it.
